Provides expert technical direction for solid mineral development, including creating mine plans and conducting economic evaluations. Acts as a technical representative for owners and agencies while managing grant proposals for Tribal resource development.

Provides high-level economic development expertise and leadership to support the BIA's Division of Energy and Mineral Development. Responsible for managing grant programs, performing complex financial analyses, and stimulating economic growth in Tribal communities.
