Lead the planning and execution of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure facility efficiency and regulatory compliance. Manage budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while driving continuous operational improvement.

Provides high-level economic development expertise and leadership to support the BIA's Division of Energy and Mineral Development. Responsible for managing grant programs, performing complex financial analyses, and stimulating economic growth in Tribal communities.
