The Patient Recruitment Specialist is responsible for conducting outbound calls to screen potential clinical trial participants against protocol criteria. They also manage data entry into clinical databases and coordinate scheduling for on-site study visits.

The associate will manage clinical trial contractual agreements, including tracking negotiations, processing amendments, and finalizing budgets. They will also maintain electronic files, provide status updates to stakeholders, and support the organization's use of systems through training and workflow documentation.

This strategic leadership role involves identifying, developing, and managing high-impact collaborations between the research network and biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies to drive revenue growth. The Director will act as the primary bridge between external innovators and clinical operations, ensuring sites remain partners of choice for cutting-edge trials.
