Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking obligations using the Ironclad system. Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure operational efficiency and legal compliance across the organization.

This strategic leadership role involves identifying, developing, and managing high-impact collaborations between the research network and biotechnology/pharmaceutical companies to drive revenue growth. The Director will act as the primary bridge between external innovators and clinical operations, ensuring sites remain partners of choice for cutting-edge trials.
