The Technical Instructor will deliver engaging classroom and hands-on field training in energy efficiency and building science. They will also assess participant performance, maintain training resources, and collaborate with operations staff to improve program outcomes.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of state energy office and government clients, managing onboarding, satisfaction, and renewals. Additionally, you will partner with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure delivery commitments are met.
The Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of state IRA Home Energy Rebate programs, managing everything from launch planning to closeout. They will coordinate between internal software and data teams and external stakeholders to ensure programs remain compliant, on schedule, and within budget.
The Program Success Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of workforce development and energy efficiency programs through participant coordination and outreach. They also manage program data, maintain stakeholder relationships, and contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.
