Develop, test, implement, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled automation solutions. Identify suitable opportunities for AI or automation, contribute to pilots and delivery planning, and monitor and troubleshoot solutions after launch.
Lead the ISO 27001 ISMS and coordinate security audits, assessments, control testing, risk evaluations, and remediation across business and technology teams. Maintain security risk and governance documentation, support policy and control improvements, and provide security expertise for client due diligence, technology initiatives, and broader security priorities.
