The Client Services Account Manager will manage 5 to 10 large customers, ensuring customer success and satisfaction throughout the customer experience lifecycle. This includes advocating for the customer, managing onboarding and implementation, and leading cross-functional teams to address client needs.

Define and standardize electrical designs for EdgeConneX data centers, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate with internal project engineering teams and external EPC partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
