You will serve as the primary bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering to resolve user issues and troubleshoot software defects. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a scalable support model by documenting support patterns and creating self-service knowledge base content.
The RevOps Analyst will own revenue performance across the customer base by managing forecasting, growth modeling, and churn risk simulations. They will act as a bridge between Account teams and Customer Success while maintaining HubSpot workflows and Power BI dashboards.

Own revenue performance by balancing growth and retention through annual planning, monthly forecasting, and margin analysis. Build and maintain executive Power BI dashboards and manage the lead-to-cash workflow within HubSpot.
Own and evolve the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities to connect LLMs to grounded data. Design and implement AI agents and workflows that integrate with enterprise systems to automate real-world business processes.
Provide full-time CAE engineering support for a customer over a six-month contract period. Perform structural analysis on EV drive trains using internal and external loads.
The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and debugging vision control systems, equipment, and PLC software to drive innovation and improve efficiencies, safety, and quality across global assembly plants. Responsibilities also include providing global support for existing vision equipment and managing projects from technical specification through startup.
