The Revenue Operations Specialist will own revenue performance, forecasting, and churn risk modeling across the customer base. They will act as a bridge between the Account team and Customer Success while managing HubSpot workflows and Power BI dashboards.

Own revenue performance by balancing growth and retention through annual planning, monthly forecasting, and margin analysis. Build and maintain executive Power BI dashboards and manage the lead-to-cash workflow within HubSpot.

Own and evolve the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) layer and agentic AI capabilities to connect LLMs to grounded data. Design and implement AI agents and workflows that integrate with enterprise systems to automate real-world business processes.

Provide full-time CAE engineering support for a customer over a six-month contract period. Perform structural analysis on EV drive trains using internal and external loads.

The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and debugging vision control systems, equipment, and PLC software to drive innovation and improve efficiencies, safety, and quality across global assembly plants. Responsibilities also include providing global support for existing vision equipment and managing projects from technical specification through startup.
