DISHER is currently partnering with a leading supply chain solutions company on their Project Manager opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing mid-to-large initiatives from planning through execution. You will work on cross-functional projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will work closely with business, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment, support risk mitigation, and contribute to the delivery of measurable outcomes.

What you will get to do
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery activities for mid-to-large scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budget, and resource forecasts.
  • Facilitate project and Steering committee meetings, communicate progress, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Identify and coordinate dependencies, risks, and issues through proactive mitigation.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to translate logistics and operational requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop processes where applicable, maintain project documentation, RAID logs, document repository (SharePoint), meeting agendas and minutes and status reporting.
  • Contribute to Project Management Office process improvements, standards, and templates.
  • Strong proficiency in Smartsheet and building out project dashboards that roll up to portfolio management. 


What will make you successful
  • 3+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Previous hands-on experience coordinating, managing, and supporting project delivery, preferably in service supply chain logistics or related industries.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional or enterprise-level projects, supporting execution across multiple teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, with the ability to support hybrid project environments when appropriate.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting project execution, team collaboration, and delivery excellence.
  • High proficiency in project management tools (i.e., Smartsheet, Jira, Power BI, MS Project).
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States without restrictions or expirations.
