The specialist will represent the company to regulators and industry groups across Latin America while providing regulatory expertise to support sales and product development. They are responsible for building public-sector relationships, conducting market research, and delivering training programs to clients.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients by responding to inquiries and triaging tickets to higher technical tiers. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and undergo internal training to advance into higher technical roles.

The Customer Success Manager will own the end-to-end client relationship, from onboarding to renewal, while serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. They will collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements, conduct business reviews, and identify upsell opportunities to ensure client success.
