The Principal Engineer will provide technical leadership to identify and develop automation and cost-saving strategies across the manufacturing platform. They are responsible for managing Front End Loading packages, troubleshooting packaging operations, and ensuring project success through rigorous technical and economic analysis.

Manage engineering projects across distribution centers and warehouses to optimize infrastructure and asset effectiveness. Lead the strategy and execution for powered industrial equipment and racking systems while managing capital and maintenance budgets.

Manage the business plan for a portfolio of iconic brands, focusing on volume, profit, and share growth. Implement brand strategies through joint business planning, category reviews, and relationship management with buyers and independent grocery chains.

Provide engineering leadership across electrical power, industrial controls, and digital manufacturing initiatives within a matrix organization. Manage external firms and internal talent to establish corporate standards and drive digital transformation across manufacturing sites.
