The Operations Specialist II manages complex, high-risk cases and ensures consistency across global operations teams. They also conduct quality reviews, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational gaps.

The analyst will partner with business units to document and improve enterprise-wide processes while identifying opportunities for standardization. They are responsible for facilitating stakeholder workshops, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining process excellence frameworks.

Provide front-line technical support and case management for clients using ClearStar's platforms via phone, email, and chat. Conduct virtual training sessions and collaborate with internal teams to improve platform configurations and processes.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with ATS and HR technology platforms to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to scale a data-driven partner program and improve integration experiences.

The Controller will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while driving transformation to improve financial operations and scalability. Key duties include managing tax compliance, internal controls, cash flow, and the NetSuite accounting system.
