The Bioinformatics Analyst will develop and maintain reproducible computational pipelines to process and analyze large-scale genomic and omics datasets. They will also perform quality control, interpret complex molecular data, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

You will lead and mentor a senior bioinformatics team while defining the strategic direction for the function. You will also partner with product and engineering leaders to ensure the development of production-grade tools that align with scientific goals.

The engineer will join a senior team to build a product from scratch, converting requirements into technical designs and architecting backend services capable of handling enterprise-scale demand. Responsibilities include owning API design, embedding security at every layer, and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance in the systems.
