Lead and coach an engineering team while driving architectural decisions and maintaining high engineering standards. Translate product goals into technical plans and integrate AI-first workflows into the daily development process.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and maintain product features using F#, ASP.NET Core, and React.js. Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from architectural discussions and planning to deployment and third-party integrations.
Act as the first point of contact for customers to analyze and resolve support tickets. Create and adapt reports using Handlebars.js and document technical issues for potential escalation to Level 2 or product teams.
The Product Owner is responsible for the operational management and continuous development of the Boardwise software product in an agile environment. This includes managing the product backlog, integrating AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem, and acting as the interface between stakeholders and development teams.
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, analyzing and resolving support tickets regarding software configuration. Responsible for documenting issues and escalating complex technical problems to Level 2 support or the Product team.
