Drive client growth by building in-person relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to generate referrals for ABA services. Execute grassroots marketing strategies and track outreach performance using Salesforce to expand market presence.

Lead and oversee the Credentialing, Authorizations, and Verification of Benefits teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Manage multi-site credentialing processes and optimize workflows for prior authorizations to minimize risk.

The Paralegal provides legal and risk management support to corporate departments and clinics, including drafting contracts and managing real estate documents. They also coordinate responses to legal requests and facilitate communication between the company and external legal counsel.
