Install and service optical sensors and solar panels on feed bins at various farm locations. Troubleshoot field device issues and maintain accurate mileage and time records while adhering to biosecurity rules.

Coordinate and schedule weekend field activities including device installations, service visits, and removals across North America. Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians and customers to ensure smooth operational execution.

The specialist will be directly responsible for onboarding, training, health, and support for approximately 30 strategic Poultry accounts to achieve retention and expansion goals. This includes delivering high-touch engagement like monthly meetings and on-site visits, while also quantifying and communicating customer value.

The technician will drive to rural areas to install and service BinSentry devices on farm locations, which involves climbing feed bins up to 40 feet tall to install sensors and solar panels inside the bin.
