They must communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Manage incoming leads, answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, and follow up with prospective customers to help convert inquiries into booked jobs. Maintain organized lead records, track follow-up activities, and provide general sales administrative support using ServiceTitan and Dialpad.
