The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO's calendar, oversee email communications, and conduct daily check-ins to ensure priorities are met. Additionally, they will handle invoicing and accounts support, ensuring timely payments and organized records.

This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end sales engine, which includes building, running, and optimizing systems for lead generation, calendar filling, and consistent revenue driving. Key duties involve managing the lead generation engine, overseeing CRM and pipeline hygiene, enforcing speed-to-lead compliance, and building partnership pipelines.
