Lead initiatives to drive volume and profit growth for the Emerging Brands Portfolio within the Regional Grocery Channel in the Western US. This includes managing trade spend, conducting joint business planning with customers, and coordinating with distributor partners.

Lead the South regional team and manage the H-E-B account to achieve sales and profitability objectives. Develop strategic growth plans, manage trade spend, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure product launches and merchandising goals are met.

This role acts as the bridge between Key Account teams and the Sales Execution team, translating strategy into actionable steps and ensuring merchandising and promotional initiatives align with the overall plan. Responsibilities include serving as the communication funnel, tracking execution metrics, and proposing data-based solutions to improve operational efficiency across various departments.
