Manage the onboarding and transition of clients and annuitants to Banner Life, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with internal and external partners to validate annuitant data and develop effective communication materials.

Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for Network IMO agents to ensure successful onboarding and production growth. Collaborate with leadership to monitor business inventory and resolve agent issues across various departments.

The Underwriting Consultant selects profitable risks and analyzes new business, change, and reinstatement applications. They also act as a referral underwriter and mentor for less experienced team members while maintaining broker relationships.
