Optimize the partner ecosystem by enhancing sales efficiency and effectiveness for resellers, brokers, and referral partners. This includes managing the sales tech stack, diagnosing system inefficiencies, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue-enabling initiatives.

Drive outbound pipeline generation in the UK and Ireland through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and personalized outreach. Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to define regional strategies and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

Manage a portfolio of high-impact partners to drive growth, lead generation, and integration adoption within the BambooHR ecosystem. Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to execute joint go-to-market strategies and monitor partner performance metrics.

Identify, recruit, and activate new referral and marketplace partners to accelerate revenue growth and expand the product ecosystem. Lead end-to-end deal execution, including commercial terms, revenue share models, and contract finalization.

This role involves leading the Performance Test Engineering, Load & Stress Testing, and Test Automation (SDET) functions, developing and executing a long-term strategy for performance validation and scalable quality engineering practices. The manager will own the performance engineering discipline, oversee load/stress experiments aligned to SLAs/SLOs, and lead the development of scalable test automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
