Oversee and develop Financial Analyst staff while preparing financial presentations and analyses for senior executives and Board members. Support financial planning, operational and strategic analysis, process improvements, and department projects, including research into technical accounting issues.
The Manager will own core actuarial models and tools for reserving and forecasting claims across Medicare Advantage and value-based care populations. They will also lead project initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and support the annual budget process through trend studies and benefit design analysis.
The Director will lead the markets compliance program for Medicare Advantage and ACO initiatives, ensuring operational alignment with CMS and OIG regulatory requirements. They will also oversee risk adjustment compliance, manage regulatory change, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership regarding compliance risks.
