🍸 What you'll be doing:

As a Remote Hospitality Recruiter, you’ll help chefs, waiters, bartenders, and hotel staff find the job (and location) of their dreams. You’ll:

• Source and match candidates to open roles in restaurants, bars, hotels, and resorts.

• Guide candidates through every step – from job offer to arrival in their new country.

• Use social media and creative tools to find and attract talent.

• Build relationships with hospitality employers and understand their hiring needs.

• Collaborate with a fun, supportive team via Slack, Google Drive & TeamTailor.

• Join weekly virtual hangouts and training to keep learning and growing.

🧑‍🍳 Who you are:

• You’re a people person through and through – approachable, energetic, and real.

• You know the hospitality world (bonus if you’ve worked in it yourself!).

• You’re organized, driven, and love a fast-paced vibe.

• You speak solid English (B2 or better), and any other language is a big plus!

• You’re confident using Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms to reach people.

• You get excited about helping someone move to a new country and start a new chapter.
