  • Own and deliver Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth across Core (accounts, wallets, cards) and Pro (exchange, acquiring, treasury, invoicing, payroll) product lines;

  • Design and execute a pan-European B2B sales strategy targeting SMBs, crypto-native companies, SaaS, and e-commerce clients;

  • Build, hire, and scale a high-performing team of SDRs and Account Executives across multiple EU markets;

  • Develop and optimize the full sales funnel: outbound strategy, qualification frameworks, pipeline velocity, contract negotiation, and closing;

  • Define pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning in collaboration with Product and Marketing;

  • Establish measurable KPIs including conversion rates, CAC efficiency, deal size, and revenue expansion metrics;

  • Drive enterprise-level negotiations with founders, CFOs, and executive stakeholders;

  • Represent the company at fintech conferences, industry events, and strategic partner discussions;

  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product, compliance, and engineering teams;

  • Report directly to the CEO and co-founders, contributing to board-level strategic decisions.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales leadership experience in European fintech, payments, neobanking, or regulated financial services;

  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams and delivering €1M–€10M+ ARR growth;

  • Deep understanding of the European payments ecosystem (SEPA, SWIFT, card acquiring; digital assets knowledge is a strong advantage);

  • Experience selling complex financial infrastructure or multi-product platforms;

  • Strong professional network across fintech, e-commerce, and financial services sectors in Europe;

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value contracts and influence C-level decision-makers;

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality and comfort in building processes from scratch;

  • Fluent English required; Russian or additional European languages are a strong plus.
