How You’ll Make a Difference

• Spotting the Diamonds in the Rough: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for crucial retail roles, evaluating high volumes of resumes to identify top-tier Retail Associates, Baristas, and Store Managers.
  

• Orchestrating the Perfect Candidate Journey: By coordinating interview calendars and sending prompt confirmations, you ensure a seamless, positive experience from initial application right through to final endorsement.
  

• Protecting the Employer Brand: As the face of the hiring process, you will confidently conduct initial phone and virtual interviews, professionally representing the company's culture to every applicant.
  

• Powering HR Efficiency: By maintaining accurate applicant records in the HRIS and collaborating directly with the HR Director, you will actively improve recruitment workflows and keep staffing priorities on track.
