Role Summary
The Resource Planning Lead owns enterprise workforce forecasting and capacity planning, translating projected workload demand into staffing requirements across operational functions. This role develops and maintains forecasting models, aligns workforce plans with business objectives, and partners with leaders across Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure the organization has the right resources in place to meet service, productivity, compliance, and financial goals. The Team Lead serves as the subject matter expert for forecasting methodologies, workforce planning processes, and capacity management tools.

**The annual US base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $100,000. This salary range may cover multiple career levels at HealthEdge. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, your skills, experience, qualifications and education.
