WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own recruitment from sourcing to hiring
• Find candidates for difficult-to-fill positions
• Proactively source through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and interview candidates
• Work directly with managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage multiple openings and keep pipelines moving
• Recommend qualified candidates and help close the hire
• Continuously improve our recruiting process

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong sourcing skills not just job posting
  
  
• Comfortable recruiting both professional and operational roles
  
  
• Fast, organized, and proactive
• Strong judgment and communication skills
• Someone who takes ownership of results
