The Human Resources Generalist will manage full-cycle recruitment and provide day-to-day HR support for employees and managers across Canada and the U.S. This role also involves maintaining HRIS records, coordinating benefits and leaves, and ensuring compliance with employment standards.
We’re looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. This is a remote position based in the West Coast, supporting employees and managers across Canada Gold’s West Coast and U.S. operations.
This is a hands-on HR role with a strong emphasis on recruitment, along with employee support, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, HRIS management, benefits coordination, employee records, and general HR administration. You’ll work closely with the Director, People and Culture and Human Resources team to help ensure our people processes are consistent, accurate, and responsive across our growing organization.
You’ll also serve as an important first point of contact for employees and managers, helping answer routine HR questions and ensuring more complex or sensitive matters are appropriately escalated. With Canada Gold continuing to expand, this is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruitment while also wanting broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.

This is an opportunity to take on a broad HR Generalist position while playing a significant role in the continued growth of Canada Gold.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead recruitment for a variety of positions while also building experience across employee support, onboarding, HR administration, benefits, leaves, reporting, and employee programs. You’ll work closely with the Director, People and Culture while having ownership over many of the day-to-day HR needs of our West Coast operations.
