Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities span three areas: Marketing and Commercial Partnership, Campaign Management and Optimization, and Leadership and Team Management.

Marketing and Commercial Partnership:

  • Bring deep understanding of business objectives, market dynamics, sales needs, and customer insights to marketing planning; collaborate with Global Marketing Strategy to develop and refine an aligned plan that meets USCAN objectives, with clear audiences, channel strategies, KPIs, and budget allocated by performance and priority.
  • Generate customer, local market, and campaign performance insights from voice of customer, approved AI tools, enterprise reporting, internal data, and external sources; turn them into actionable recommendations for USCAN sales and upstream marketing teams to optimize the plan and improve results.
  • Use AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, ideation, synthesis, and insight generation while ensuring accuracy, data governance, and appropriate human review.
  • Partner with Marketing Strategy, Content & Messaging, Brand & Creative, Marketing Operations, and Channel teams to plan, set up, launch, and optimize USCAN campaigns and product launches for effective regional go-to-market activation.
  • Prepare and present USCAN marketing performance in commercial operating reviews, sharing campaign results, market insights, and actions taken and underway to improve engagement, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

Lead the USCAN marketing team to ensure:

  • Timely setup and deployment of integrated campaigns from the aligned USCAN marketing plan, including SEM, ABM, webinars, social media, email, and in-person and virtual events; coordinate final launch details, including approvals and budgets, with upstream, creative, and channel teams.
  • Tracking marketing leads through regular communication with sales managers and representatives to ensure timely follow-up and accurate disposition.
  • Active campaign optimization for greater ROI, using marketing analytics tools to analyze campaign, channel, and funnel KPIs and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and investment.
  • Sharing performance by audience, content, message, channel, lead conversion, pipeline contribution, and realized revenue with upstream and channel marketing partners to improve future messaging, customer journeys, and channel performance.
  • Management of all campaign workflows, calendars, resources, dependencies, and approvals in Workfront and Asana, with high standards for execution, documentation, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Active management of the marketing budget, including updating spend forecasts and actuals tracking with adherence to all budget deadlines, to maximize program budget utilization—including T&E—within quarterly and annual caps.
  • Contribution to Tier I and leadership of Tier II USCAN events in line with global event guidelines, including partnering with Sales to define the Tier II audience and portfolio merchandising plan, defining event promotion, working with the Events COE to coordinate vendors, manage budgets, and capture leads, defining sales follow-up plans, and tracking post-event pipeline creation and revenue impact.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketers, setting clear objectives, roles, priorities, and standards for execution and collaboration.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customers, data-driven decisions, collaboration with sales and marketing partners, and measurable revenue impact.
  • Allocate team capacity and resources across priorities, remove execution barriers, provide timely feedback, and support professional development and succession planning.
  • Influence across a matrixed organization and build strong relationships with sales, global marketing, commercial operations, portfolio, IT, finance, and other key partners.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a Life Sciences discipline.
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience supporting commercial teams within a scientific, clinical, laboratory, or healthcare setting.
  • 3+ years in a people leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Passion for collaboration, stakeholder management, building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Strong analytical, budget management, communication, influence, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success deploying and optimizing integrated campaigns across SEM, ABM, webinars, social media, email, web, and events.
  • Experience leading a regional marketing organization within a complex, matrixed, global business.
  • Knowledge of the US and Canadian life sciences, diagnostics, and reproductive health markets and customer segments.
  • Experience with marketing automation, SEO/SEM best practices, content management systems, and ABM platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for analysis and performance reporting, and of Workfront and Asana for workflow, project, and resource management.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.
  • Passion for inspiring team members to amplify Revvity’s culture and values through everyday leadership, collaboration, and shared impact.
  • Strong Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge and hands-on experience with campaign management, lead and funnel reporting, data quality, sales follow-up, opportunity conversion, and marketing-attributed pipeline and revenue measurement
