This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Senior Director, HR Technology Products, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the HR Technology team reporting to the VP of HR Technology & Innovation, you will lead Hilton's global HR Technology Product organization, overseeing the strategy, delivery, and continuous evolution of our Human Capital Management platforms. You will translate enterprise priorities into product roadmaps and technology capabilities that promote an exceptional Team Member experience while supporting Hilton's global HR strategy.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Lead the HR Technology Product organization responsible for Core HR, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and related enterprise HR technology platforms.
- Execute the multi-year HR Technology product roadmap in partnership with the Vice President, HR Technology & Innovation, ensuring agreement on business priorities and enterprise technology strategy.
- Lead product lifecycle management across the portfolio, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, backlog management, quarterly releases, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Establish product management standards and governance that promote consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across all HR technology products.
- Partner with Product Directors to define platform strategies, prioritize enhancements, manage technical debt, and deliver measurable value.
- Lead modernization initiatives across Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Cornerstone Learning, and future platform capabilities, including Oracle Redwood adoption and AI-enabled functionality.
- Provide executive oversight of platform health, product adoption, release quality, and user experience, ensuring solutions meet Hilton's operational, security, and compliance standards.
- Develop and manage strategic vendor relationships, participating in roadmap discussions, quarterly business reviews, and product enhancement planning.
- Build and develop a Product organization through coaching, succession planning, performance management, and capability development.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to understand evolving business priorities and translate them into scalable product capabilities and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with Global HR Operations and Service Delivery teams to improve product adoption, operational effectiveness, and the Team Member experience.
- Work with Enterprise Technology, Information Security, Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Integration teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and technical strategy.
- Partner with the Vice President, HR Technology & Innovation on strategic planning, technology modernization initiatives, and product investment recommendations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior HR and business leaders to align product priorities, communicate technology capabilities, and support organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with strategic technology partners, including Oracle and Cornerstone, to maximize platform capabilities and influence future product enhancements.
Deliverables you'll take ownership of:

- Cornerstone Learning platform roadmap and enhancements
- Product governance framework and prioritization processes
- Quarterly release planning, readiness, and adoption strategy
- Platform modernization initiatives, including Redwood adoption
- Product performance, adoption, and customer experience metrics
- Vendor performance management and product roadmap alignment
- Development Hilton's HR Technology Product Management organization
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Digital HR, Product Management, or a related enterprise technology function.
- Seven (7) years of people leadership experience, including leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience leading a portfolio of enterprise HR technologies across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle, such as Human Capital Management, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Experience developing and executing technology strategies and product roadmaps, including leading large-scale implementations, transformations, and platform enhancements.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how technology, data, and integrations enable the employee experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in a complex, matrixed environment and experience influencing senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, and business functions.
- Willing to travel up to 15%.
It would be useful if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, or comparable technologies.
- Experience leading global HR technology or Product Management organizations and managing strategic technology vendors and partners.
- Experience with Agile Product Management, AI, automation, integrations, identity management, or HR data and analytics.
- Relevant enterprise technology or Product Management certifications.
- Experience within hospitality or another large, global, consumer-facing organization.

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $190,000 - $255,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, and the Company's long-term incentive plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
