SUMMARY
Curative is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a book of mid-market and small group accounts across our Texas book of business while serving as a senior resource and mentor to other Texas-based Account Executives. This role blends direct client and broker
relationship ownership with informal leadership responsibilities, acting as an extension of the Director of Account Management to support team development, escalation handling, and consistency of best practices across the TX AE team. This is an individual contributor role — it does not carry formal supervisory or direct-report responsibility.el of service.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK/TRAVEL This is a full-time remote position, and core hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position may at times require extended working hours and weekend work. Travel may be applicable. This position requires the Account Executive to reside in TX.
