We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Development Manager (BDM) for a Work From Home (WFH) role. The candidate should have strong experience in SAP sales and client acquisition, with the ability to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing enterprise clients. Preferred base locations for WFH are Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, or Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP GRC, SAP CPI, SAP PP/QM, etc.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable SAP solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers.
Coordinate with pre-sales, SAP consultants, and delivery teams.
Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and presentations.
Track sales pipeline using CRM tools and achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in SAP Business Development or SAP Sales.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and the SAP ecosystem.
Experience in B2B / Enterprise IT sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA (Marketing / Sales) or equivalent qualification.
Experience selling SAP Cloud, S/4HANA migration, or SAP support projects.
CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
