Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: Approximately $150K total compensation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Level: Senior Individual Contributor / Manager-Level
Our client is a growing B2B SaaS organization entering an exciting stage of its go-to-market evolution. As the company expands its product portfolio and evolves from a primarily inbound, demo-led sales motion toward a more consultative and sophisticated revenue model, it is investing in the systems, methodology, and development programs needed to help its sales organization scale.
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Leader to build that enablement engine.
This is not a traditional training or content creation role.
Our client is looking for a hands-on enablement leader who can take an evolving sales methodology and turn it into a repeatable, practical, and measurable operating system that SDRs, AEs, and sales managers use every day.
You'll own both onboarding and ongoing development, helping new sellers ramp faster while building continuing education programs that improve performance across the existing sales organization.
A major part of the role will also be enabling sales managers to become stronger coaches by providing the frameworks, tools, rubrics, and reinforcement needed to drive consistent behavior change across their teams.
You'll work at the intersection of sales methodology, coaching, AI, analytics, product marketing, and GTM strategy to directly improve sales performance.
Develop and operationalize a comprehensive sales methodology across the organization.
Establish practical standards for discovery, qualification, value selling, urgency creation, opportunity management, stage progression, and forecasting.
Turn methodology into tools sellers and managers can use in real customer conversations.
Build call review rubrics, coaching frameworks, certification paths, seller resources, and manager inspection guides.
Drive adoption through live training, practice, role plays, call reviews, deal reviews, and ongoing reinforcement.
Measure effectiveness through pipeline quality, conversion rates, call quality, stage progression, forecast accuracy, and seller performance.
Design and own onboarding programs for new SDRs and Account Executives.
Build role-specific ramp plans covering product knowledge, ICPs, buyer personas, sales process, methodology, tools, workflows, and qualification standards.
Establish clear milestones, certifications, practice expectations, and manager checkpoints throughout the ramp period.
Partner with sales leadership to assess seller readiness before reps take on full production expectations.
Measure onboarding effectiveness through time-to-ramp, pipeline creation, call quality, opportunity quality, conversion, and early performance indicators.
Create ongoing development programs for existing SDRs and AEs.
Identify skill gaps across discovery, qualification, objection handling, value selling, multi-product positioning, urgency creation, pipeline management, and closing.
Use call recordings, CRM data, sales engagement activity, AI, funnel metrics, and manager feedback to diagnose performance gaps.
Turn those insights into targeted training, coaching, practice, certification, and reinforcement programs.
Ensure continuing education is tied to current business priorities and measurable sales outcomes rather than training for training's sake.
Diagnose funnel conversion challenges and determine where enablement can improve performance.
Build programs to help sellers engage prospects with varying levels of intent and awareness.
Equip sellers to create relevance, uncover business problems, build urgency, and move prospects from initial interest into qualified opportunities.
Incorporate outbound selling principles such as personalization, account research, sequencing, call openers, objection handling, and multi-touch engagement.
Partner with sales leadership to improve SDR-to-AE handoffs, opportunity quality, pipeline progression, and forecast discipline.
Work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing, RevOps, Sales leadership, Customer Success, and other GTM stakeholders.
Translate new product launches, product updates, packaging changes, positioning, competitive insights, and value propositions into field-ready sales enablement.
Build talk tracks, discovery prompts, objection handling, positioning guidance, role plays, and manager coaching resources.
Ensure sellers understand not just what is changing, but how to use it effectively in customer conversations.
Create launch enablement programs that drive adoption and reinforce new messaging and behaviors in the field.
Leverage AI, CRM data, call intelligence, sales engagement tools, and performance analytics to identify coaching and enablement opportunities.
Use funnel data to prioritize enablement initiatives with the greatest potential revenue impact.
Identify patterns across calls, messaging, activity, qualification, and opportunity progression.
Build scalable documentation, dashboards, certification programs, feedback loops, and performance resources.
Help the organization use AI to make enablement faster, more targeted, and more effective.
Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Leadership, or a closely related GTM enablement role.
Proven experience building or significantly improving a sales methodology.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions across both SDR and AE teams.
Experience building onboarding and ramp programs for quota-carrying sellers.
Experience creating ongoing training or everboarding programs tied to observed skill gaps.
Strong understanding of discovery, qualification, pipeline management, opportunity progression, objection handling, and forecast discipline.
Ability to diagnose funnel or sales performance problems and translate them into practical enablement solutions.
Experience helping sellers engage and convert prospects who may not already have strong buying intent.
Strong understanding of outbound selling principles, including personalization, relevance creation, sequencing, objection handling, and urgency creation.
Comfort using CRM, sales engagement, call intelligence, AI, and reporting tools to identify performance gaps.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
Ability to build tools and programs that managers and sellers actually use in the field.
Strong facilitation, communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills.
A strong focus on measurable business outcomes and seller behavior change rather than training completion alone.
Experience enabling both SDR and AE organizations.
Experience within SaaS, SMB, mid-market, nonprofit technology, or multi-product environments.
Experience enabling outbound sales teams or organizations moving from an inbound-heavy to a more proactive sales motion.
Experience supporting a GTM transformation, sales methodology rollout, sales process redesign, or major product positioning shift.
Experience partnering with Product Marketing to translate launches and positioning into seller behavior.
Experience supporting or enabling Customer Success organizations.
Experience building certifications, ramp scorecards, call review rubrics, manager coaching guides, and sales playbooks.
Experience using AI to analyze seller performance, identify skill gaps, improve coaching, or accelerate enablement.
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Notion, and conversation intelligence platforms.
In this role, you'll have a direct impact on how effectively the sales organization operates. Success will include:
Faster and more effective new-hire ramp.
Strong adoption of a consistent sales methodology.
Improved discovery and qualification quality.
Better SDR-to-AE handoffs and opportunity quality.
Improved conversion across the sales funnel.
Stronger pipeline and forecast discipline.
Managers equipped with consistent coaching frameworks and tools.
Ongoing development programs tied to real performance gaps.
Faster adoption of new products, positioning, and GTM initiatives.
Enablement programs measured by seller behavior and revenue outcomes, not simply attendance.
This is an opportunity to build the enablement function, not simply maintain one.
You'll have significant ownership over the methodology, onboarding experience, ongoing seller development, manager coaching systems, and tools that shape how the sales organization operates.
For someone who enjoys combining sales strategy, coaching, technology, AI, data, and hands-on execution, this role offers the opportunity to build an enablement engine that directly impacts revenue performance.
