Shuru is looking for an experienced Sales Director to accelerate our growth across North America. This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue across the US and Canadian markets. You will work with CXOs and technology leaders to position Shuru's capabilities in AI, Data Engineering, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Cloud, and IT Staff Augmentation. This is a pure hunter role for someone who enjoys opening new doors, winning strategic accounts, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across North America.

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VP Engineering, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders.

  • Sell Custom Software Development, IT Staff Augmentation, AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation services.

  • Drive outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and partner channels.

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create winning solutions.

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.

  • Represent Shuru at conferences, networking events, and industry meetups.


Requirements

  • 5-10 years of IT Services sales experience.

  • Proven success selling into the US and Canadian markets.

  • Experience selling offshore software development or staff augmentation services.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales and consultative selling.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience working with CRM platforms.

  • Flexible and willing to work in US business hours to support North American clients and prospects.

  • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality.

Preferred

  • Existing network of North American technology decision-makers.

  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 or Mid-Market companies.

  • Experience with AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Digital Transformation.
