▶︎ Job Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets within the assigned region.
This position will develop new business, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, manage regional sales activities, and lead the sales team to achieve company goals.
・Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. ・Lead, manage, and support the regional sales team. ・Develop new customers and business opportunities. ・Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts. ・Promote the Company’s bakery products and services. ・Visit customers, conduct product presentations, and negotiate business opportunities. ・Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to the sales team. ・Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular sales reports. ・Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. ・Identify opportunities to expand sales and market share. ・Work closely with production, logistics, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. ・Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. ・Support regional promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing activities. ・Report sales performance and market information to management. ・Perform other duties as assigned by management.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills ・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. ・Proven sales management experience in the bakery industry is required. ・Experience managing a sales team or regional sales territory. ・Strong knowledge of bakery products and customer requirements. ・Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ・Proven ability to develop new customers and grow existing accounts. ・Strong customer relationship and business development skills. ・Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ・Strong organizational and time-management skills. ・Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ・Willingness to travel within the assigned region. ・Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.
