The Partnerships and Engagement Officer manages a portfolio of European corporate partners to drive revenue growth and supports the full partnership lifecycle. Additionally, the role leads employee impact initiatives in Europe to deepen corporate relationships and increase unrestricted income.

The Philanthropic Growth and Engagement department (PG&E) raises private funds by cultivating and maintaining relationships with private donors; defines the agency's brand, raising our public profile and sharing stories about our work with the media, the public and our supporters; and produces a wide range of online and offline communications.
Within PG&E, the Corporate Partnerships team develops and executes partnership strategies to grow revenue from leading global companies. In Europe, the team manages Prosper Global's relationships with major UK and European companies, their corporate foundations and their employees, securing six and seven-figure investments, in-kind and pro bono support, brand visibility and thought partnership. We build meaningful partnerships through outstanding relationship management, co-creation and a focus on shared value, working closely with colleagues across programmes, marketing and communications, the executive office and our country teams around the world.

The successful Senior Partnerships and Engagement Officer is a strategic, creative relationship builder who takes genuine ownership of their portfolio and finds compelling ways to align partner interests with Prosper Global's priorities. They are confident representing the organisation to senior corporate audiences and equally comfortable energising employee groups. They work with a high degree of independence, use sound judgement about when to bring in leadership, and are highly organised, able to balance multiple priorities under pressure and adapt quickly when plans change. A natural collaborator, they build strong working relationships across teams and time zones, communicate clearly and proactively, and bring a solutions-oriented, professional approach to every partnership. They share a strong commitment to Prosper Global's mission and to the communities we serve.
The position is based in London or Edinburgh on a remote basis and requires up to 20% travel, primarily within the UK and Europe, with occasional international travel, which may include visits to country programmes. Prosper Global team members represent the agency both during and outside work hours when deployed in a field posting or on a short-term assignment or trip to country offices. Team members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and respect local laws, customs and Prosper Global policies, procedures and values at all times and in all Prosper Global locations. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK at the time of appointment.
