About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our digital marketing and lead generation activities. This role combines paid advertising, LinkedIn outreach, CRM management, and campaign coordination to help generate qualified leads and support business growth.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, executing LinkedIn outreach, and working with modern marketing tools and AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
- Support LinkedIn Ads campaign setup and management.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports.
- Coordinate creative assets and copy for campaigns.
- Track budgets, CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements.
LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation
- Execute personalised LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Build and manage LinkedIn prospect lists based on target industries and personas.
- Manage connection requests, follow-up sequences, and conversations.
- Identify qualified prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
- Keep CRM records updated with outreach activity.
- Research companies and decision-makers.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.
- Maintain campaign documentation and SOPs.
- Organise marketing assets and project files.
- Support ad-hoc marketing projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a marketing support role.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is highly desirable.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools and manual prospecting.
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
