Job Summary

Opportunity awaits! Compass Group USA, the leading foodservice and support services company, is seeking an exceptional Marketing Analyst- Sales Enablement (REMOTE) to join our extraordinary team. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the industry and implementing innovative solutions. With our daring growth plans, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and challenge on a global scale.

Key Objectives: This role will support our ongoing efforts to better understand the impact of marketing activities completed to support sales efforts. This individual will work with multiple sector partners and across the departments that support the sales team to understand, analyze, and present data gathered in our marketing automation and account-based marketing platforms. This role will be integral in the successful launch of marketing automation software enterprise wide and streamlining insights for content development and increase knowledge of customers for the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-concentrated discipline or other analytical subject area

  • Proficient to expert knowledge of Microsoft suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI etc.

  • Experience in analytical efforts related to revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness

  • Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred, specifically Microsoft Dynamics

  • Experience in Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo

  • Understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) methodology and strategy

  • Sense of urgency and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

  • Be a data storyteller - able to communicate and work with various team members to understand data and support decision-making

  • Problem-solving attitude - able to troubleshoot and use critical reasoning to solve problems

  • Process orientated - able to work in ambiguous setting and develop processes that support efficiencies

  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data into actionable insights for both marketing teams and sales teams

  • Reporting - able to build custom dashboards and reports for various levels of leadership

  • Teamwork - will work with numerous individuals and departments to complete job requirements

  • Self-starter - desire to build and create new processes as technology and strategy evolve
