Luxaviation One is looking for a Junior Charter Broker to strengthen its commercial team dedicated to the Italian market. This is a remote position.

The Junior Charter Broker reports directly to the Operations Director and supports the selling and organizing of on-demand private jet charter flights, assisting with missions from initial client contact through to flight completion, while helping to build long-term relationships with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and corporate clients across the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the development of the customer portfolio through proactive prospecting actions
Identifying and targeting prospective clients by researching and qualifying opportunities using industry tools, networking events, and databases
Initiating and maintaining client relationships through calls, emails, and meetings to understand needs and position Luxaviation One's bespoke charter solutions
Assisting in building commercial offers and quotations for End Users (UHNWI and corporate companies)
Supporting negotiation of commercial terms and contracting of tailor-made charter services
Assisting in the organization and planning of charter flights operated by Luxaviation Group aircraft or selected third-party operators
Following up mission preparation and supporting the oversight of ongoing flights from A to Z
Welcoming VIP passengers upon departures and arrivals, ensuring a premium client experience and long-term relationship building
Contributing to operational feasibility studies (airfield suitability, firefighting services, aircraft performance, permits, etc.) in coordination with internal teams
Supporting invoicing and payment follow-up for commercial operations
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in engineering, aviation, or commercial studies
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience; a first experience or internship in business aviation, charter sales, or a related field is a strong plus
Genuine interest in sales and aviation operations
Energetic, dynamic, with a strong team spirit and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive and solution-oriented
Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills
Native or fluent Italian, and fluent in English
Ability to manage stress with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism
Impeccable presentation and rigorous punctuality
Valid driver's license
