German-Speaking Digital Health Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role

We are hiring a proactive German-Speaking Digital Health Sales Representative to power business expansion across the DACH market. Your primary objective will be selling an advanced AI solution that automates routine admin work for psychotherapists, enabling them to focus more on direct patient consultations.

As an early commercial team member in a scaling HealthTech organization, you will play a key part in crafting our sales operation from square one (0 to 1). You will manage the whole end-to-end sales cycle—starting from high-volume outbound outreach through to closing inbound trial accounts—while actively contributing to our sales guidebooks and market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue & Conversions: Convert incoming trial users and webinar attendees into paying clients through discovery sessions, tailored demonstrations, diligent follow-up work, and closing actions.
• Outbound Prospecting: Open fresh client acquisition channels (private practices, medical centers/MVZs, professional bodies, trade events) through direct contact over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build the Sales Playbook: Test outreach methods, refine email templates, build objection-handling guides, and establish systematic sales operations while managing an active deal pipeline.
• Full-Funnel Ownership: Establish, monitor, and achieve major sales targets alongside the Commercial Engine Lead.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Marketing to refine target segments and messaging strategies; build engaging sales collaterals.
• Product Feedback Loop: Provide structured field intelligence and user feedback to Product teams to help eliminate sales bottlenecks and align with client requirements.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Experience: 3–5+ years background selling B2B SaaS or Digital Health solutions with consistent quota achievement.
• Languages: Native-level fluency in German (C2) alongside strong professional English communication (B2+).
• Prospecting Mindset: Strong outbound sales mindset comfortable with high-volume outreach (up to 40 daily calls) and flexibility to hold client meetings during evening hours (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
• Domain Credibility: Skilled at establishing trust and authority with psychotherapists and healthcare practitioners.
• Systems & Data Driven: Highly skilled in CRM software, sales automation tools, funnel tracking, and analytical sales execution.
• Entrepreneurial Ambition: Eagerness to build a sales engine from the ground up rather than depending on existing inbound volume or dedicated SDR support.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience selling into private practices, healthcare professionals, or within the German statutory healthcare system (KV).
• Professional medical license, clinical credentials, or background in mental health and psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tooling, and growth marketing funnels (webinars, automated trials).
