The Role


As a part-time Talent Sourcer/Recruiter based in China, your primary responsibility is to initiate the sourcing strategy, actively engage with candidates, and coordinate interview scheduling. You will collaborate closely with our senior talent acquisition partner in the APAC region. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to iDeals' global expansion by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates who align with our goals and values.

What You Will Do
  • Source candidates in APAC from multiple recruitment channels
  • Reach out to candidates via InMail, referrals, networking, cold calls and email based on the hiring needs and SLAs
  • Convert candidates to calls with a recruiter as per agreed targets
  • Update the sourcing report and progression weekly
  • Create and refine the sourcing pitch in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of candidate experience


What We Look For
  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment/sourcing work experience or relevant internship experience and skill set for university students
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates on both LinkedIn and Liepin
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, at least B2-level of English
  • Availability to work from home at least 2 days per week for 3 to 6 months (negotiable)


  • Location: Greater China
  • Expected starting date: 15th of April (negotiable)
  • Salary: 300 - 600 RMB per day, depending on the seniority level; paid on a monthly basis
  • Interview: 60 mins (including 15 mins mock call)
