Summary ✏️

Join our team as a fractional Account Based Marketing & Outbound Specialist! You'll lead the strategy and execution of Account Marketing campaigns, driving SQLs to ensure a robust pipeline of targeted accounts. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll develop a data-driven ABM approach, continuously testing and optimizing campaigns for success.

This is a fractional role with an expectation to work 15 hours per week. Additionally, we're only looking for candidates located in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.

What will I be doing? 👩‍💻👨‍💻

  • Develop and execute impactful, integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to support sales team quotas.
  • Manage ABM strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify key target accounts.
  • Create tailored campaigns addressing key stakeholders' pain points and value propositions.
  • Conduct daily prospecting via cold outreach calls to generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Prequalify leads via email and hand them off to the sales team.
  • Configure, optimize and automate Zoominfo, Hubspot, and RB2B tools.
  • Track campaign performance, generate reports, and refine strategies based on real-time analytics.
  • Partner with the content marketing team to craft personalized campaigns showcasing our agency's value.
  • Develop and execute programs for pipeline acceleration and lead generation for specific accounts and contacts.
  • Implement multi-channel outreach campaigns across Email and LinkedIn.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and ABM best practices.
  • Design demand generation campaigns targeting, segmenting, and acquiring prospect lists.
  • Maintain accurate contact and account records in our CRM (Hubspot) and provide timely updates to the team for real-time reporting.


What do I need? 🤓

  • Profound experience in crafting copy to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Comprehensive experience in building and managing multi-channel ABM campaigns.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required, along with robust interpersonal skills. Strong influence and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Background in email marketing automation using HubSpot, is a must.
  • Background in Linkedin marketing automation using
  • Requires experience in B2B lead generation within a SaaS or Agency environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with ZoomInfo.
  • You possess the ability to write well-constructed, succinct emails.
  • You understand the psychology behind why people do what they do and can, in a subtle way, show them that you understand their needs.
  • You want to be in a high-volume sales environment: prospecting and building pipelines from hundreds of researched leads each month.
