While this role offers significant autonomy, you won't be doing it alone.
You'll work closely with an experienced Sales Manager who will provide ongoing coaching, sales strategy, pipeline reviews, and performance support.
You'll participate in weekly sales meetings focused on continuous improvement, sharing ideas, refining sales strategies, and helping you maximize your success.
This role is designed for self-driven sales professionals.
During your first few months, you should expect to build your own sales pipeline rather than rely on company-generated leads.
Success comes from proactively creating opportunities through networking, referrals, outreach, relationship building, and consistently growing your own book of business.
