About Nteractive

At Nteractive, we design and deliver world-class experiential, event, and conference solutions that connect brands with people in powerful, meaningful ways.

We partner with some of the world’s most influential organizations to create large-scale, high-impact global programs — from flagship conferences and destination events to complex, multi-market activations. Our work blends strategy, creativity, technology, and flawless delivery to produce experiences that truly move audiences.

Our success is built on our people. We are a collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven agency that invests in talent, encourages innovation, and empowers our teams to take ownership and make a real difference. We believe in long-term partnerships, exceptional client service, and continuously raising the bar in everything we do.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Account Director to lead one of Nteractive’s confidential flagship global accounts.

The Role

This is a high-profile senior leadership role for an experienced event agency client leader who knows how to operate at significant scale.

As the senior client owner, you’ll be responsible for the strategic direction, commercial performance, growth and overall health of a major global account, working across complex programmes with event budgets ranging from $40M–$70M.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, while also providing strong leadership internally — aligning Client Services, Project Leadership, Creative, Production, Event Services and our wider agency teams around a shared vision and consistently exceptional delivery.

We’re looking for someone with gravitas, presence and agility — a strategic and commercially minded leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, negotiate confidently, manage significant budgets and bring people with them.

This is an opportunity for a true agency superstar to have significant influence across a major global partnership and help shape the next phase of its growth.

What you'll be doing
Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership
  • Serve as the senior executive lead and primary client owner for a confidential flagship account.

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and become a strategic advisor across their global event and conference portfolio.

  • Set the strategic direction for the account, ensuring Nteractive’s capabilities and resources are aligned to the client’s evolving business objectives.

  • Understand the client’s organisation, priorities and challenges deeply, identifying opportunities where Nteractive can create additional value.

  • Represent the voice of the client internally at executive level, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood across the agency.

  • Challenge thinking constructively and bring strategic recommendations that improve outcomes and strengthen the partnership.

Account Growth & Commercial Leadership
  • Own the growth strategy for the account, identifying opportunities to expand Nteractive’s involvement, service lines and strategic influence.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and senior agency leadership on growth initiatives, pitches and RFPs.

  • Identify opportunities across destination conferences, corporate events and other strategic programmes.

  • Own the financial performance of the account, ensuring strong profitability across all engagements.

  • Develop and oversee large-scale event and programme budgets of $40M–$70M, ensuring financial performance is closely monitored and managed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance, value creation and long-term account growth.

  • Lead commercial negotiations with clients and partners, balancing client objectives with Nteractive’s commercial interests.

Internal Agency Leadership
  • Lead and inspire the senior internal team supporting the account, creating clarity, accountability and a high-performance culture.

  • Build strong relationships with internal agency stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

  • Work closely with Project Leadership and senior functional leaders to establish governance, organisational structures and ways of working that enable the account to scale effectively.

  • Align Nteractive’s organisational structure with the client’s own teams and operating model to support rapid growth and consistently high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate with the executive team and department heads to ensure the right resources, expertise and capabilities are deployed at the right time.

  • Mentor, coach and develop team members, creating opportunities for growth and ensuring people feel empowered to succeed.

Event & Programme Leadership
  • Provide senior oversight across major global programmes, ensuring projects and events are delivered to the highest standards.

  • Act as the senior Nteractive representative onsite for key events, managing client expectations and resolving escalated issues with confidence.

  • Maintain a clear view across multiple concurrent projects, risks, priorities and dependencies.

  • Ensure delivery remains aligned to client objectives, agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and budgets.

  • Bring calm, decisive leadership to complex and fast-moving situations.

Governance, Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Establish and maintain best-in-class account governance, ensuring clear ownership, communication and accountability.

  • Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve Nteractive’s services and strengthen the partnership.

  • Identify emerging trends, capabilities and opportunities that can enhance the client experience.

  • Share learning and best practice across Nteractive, helping strengthen Client Services capability across the wider agency.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry talent, helping Nteractive attract and retain the people required to support account growth.

What you will bring

We’re looking for a proven senior agency leader who has operated at significant scale and understands what it takes to lead complex global event programmes and high-value client relationships.

  • A strong track record of leading large-scale events and programmes with $40M–$70M budgets.

  • Proven experience owning major client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong internal agency stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence multiple departments and senior leaders.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to connect client objectives to commercial and experiential solutions.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including significant budget ownership, forecasting and profitability management.

  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to manage complex commercial conversations.

  • A proven track record of identifying and delivering account growth opportunities.

  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong project and programme management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the gravitas and presence to operate confidently at executive level.

  • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

  • Agility and resilience — someone who can adapt quickly, make decisions and remain composed under pressure.

  • A growth mindset and genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
