Job Overview

Dobility, the makers of SurveyCTO, is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to manage and lead digital marketing efforts for the SurveyCTO product. This role requires proven success in business-to-business (B2B) digital marketing, including through content, email, events, and search.

SurveyCTO is a robust software platform used in a range of contexts, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable learning new technology and applying it to different use cases.

This role will report directly to Dobility's CEO. For the right candidate, this is a unique opportunity to develop professionally into a Director-level role as our company and marketing organization grows.

This is a full-time, fully-remote position open to candidates from nearly any location. Limited travel (once or twice per quarter) is required.

Requirements

Job responsibilities
  1. Develop and improve Dobility's digital marketing strategy across channels, including audience segmentation, attribution, and conversion optimization
    1. Identify and qualify leads for follow-up outreach by the Sales team, increasing the number of leads generated across all channels
    2. Accelerate free trial sign-ups and subscription growth
  2. Lead planning, execution, and measurement of digital marketing programs and campaigns, including online advertising, social media, website improvements, and other marketing projects
  3. Understand Dobility's industry and users in order to develop targeting and outreach strategies
  4. Build and manage relationships with contractors to produce marketing content (designer, copywriter, video editor, etc.)
  5. Recommend and prioritize improvements in Dobility's martech stack to enable the broader digital marketing strategy
  6. Network with prospective users and industry experts to drive brand awareness and deepen your understanding of the market
