As the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our brands. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive consumer engagement. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to build and promote our brands
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and public relations campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to drive maximum ROI
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and partners, to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the food and beverages industry
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand growth
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills
