Digital Marketing Manager Overview of Role ZwitterCo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in managing our HubSpot account, collaborating with our demand generation agency, and developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement across all target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering measurable results. Candidates with digital marketing experience in the food and beverage, industrial, or agricultural sectors are encouraged to apply. Experience selling equipment for wastewater treatment chemicals, reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, or process separations is also preferred. About ZwitterCo ZwitterCo has developed a breakthrough in materials science, a new class of zwitterionic membranes that are immune to fouling, making it practical and affordable to treat unconventional water and wastewater. Our mission is to provide industries with the tools to create clean water from every source, whether it involves accessing novel sources of water, shoring up distressed assets, or enabling onsite wastewater reuse. ZwitterCo was named Global Water Intelligence's 2023 Breakthrough Water Technology Company of the year and has commercial operations in multiple food and beverage, agricultural, and industrial sectors. The company is rapidly growing its global footprint, as well as advancing its technology platform to develop new tools that unlock broader water and wastewater applications. Responsibilities HubSpot Management: Manage and optimize the company's HubSpot account, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of all tools. Build and maintain dashboards and reports on HubSpot to track key metrics and provide insights to leadership. Demand Generation: Collaborate with our demand generation agency to develop and execute strategies that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Build and manage email marketing workflows tailored to different target audiences. Sales Support: Maintain sales materials to support the sales team in achieving their targets. Track customer journey from lead to MQL, SQL and project wins/losses, and assist in improving reporting and workflows to increase success. Event Marketing: Support trade shows, webinars, and other events through targeted email marketing, social media posts, and analytical tracking. Support internal teams during an event cycle to ensure successful digital event promotion, execution and follow-up. SEO and Website Management: Improve the SEO performance of the ZwitterCo website to increase organic traffic and visibility. Work with the web development team to implement best practices and optimize site content. Strategic Development: Collaborate with other managers and the VP of Marketing Communications to develop strategies for each industry ZwitterCo targets. Expand content reach to other languages using contractors and generative AI tools. Customer Journey and Lifecycle: Work closely with the sales team to create a cohesive customer journey from initial contact to deal closure. Build and implement nurturing campaigns for both leads and existing customers to enhance engagement and retention. PR Support Promote company news and manage company newsletter to be shared with subscribers. Help track leads that come from various digital platforms and media outreach. Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it's performing and optimize user experience. Social Media Management: Oversee ZwitterCo's social media platforms, working with the content marketer to execute the social media strategy. Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment. Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques. Experience in developing and managing email marketing campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience with multilingual content and working with contractors or AI tools is a plus. Location, Travel and Compensation This position is considered remote, but candidates should expect to travel to company headquarters in Woburn, MA for training and team-building purposes. This position will require 10-15% travel. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will include equity and benefits.
