As part of our commercial organisation, we're hiring a Customer Support & Sales Agent to help our accounts buy with confidence and grow with us. About the Role This role combines sales and customer care. You'll be a go-to contact for accounts on our platform, from their first questions before they buy to their first winning bid and beyond. You'll help them find the right cars, guide them through the auction process, and sell along the way. Because you'll know those customers better than anyone, you'll also be the one who spots the accounts with real growth potential and helps them take the next step with us.
Experience in customer support, inside sales or a customer-facing commercial role. Automotive or B2B is a plus.

Comfortable handling a high volume of conversations across phone, WhatsApp and email, and switching easily between support and sales.
A curious eye for opportunity. You notice when an account is ready to grow.
Organised, proactive and autonomous.
German and English mandatory. Russian, Romanian or other Eastern European languages are a strong plus.
Assist and sell to accounts across all our channels: email, WhatsApp and phone.
Provide presales assistance: explain how the platform works, how auctions run, and what's included in fees, transport and documents, so new customers place their first bids with confidence.
Actively drive bids and purchases. Recommend relevant vehicles, follow up on activity, and re-engage accounts that have gone quiet.
Deliver fast, friendly, reliable customer support, and solve problems so customers come back and buy again.
Identify accounts with high growth potential, qualify them, and work closely with our Key Account Management team to develop them.
Keep the CRM accurate and up to date so every customer interaction is visible and actionable.
