The BDM is primarily responsible for generating new business opportunities within the India staffing and solutions market while driving revenue growth. This role combines business development and lead generation skills to deliver staffing solutions that meet our clients' workforce needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new logo acquisition, outbound business development, and building relationships with key decision-makers across organizations. This is not an account management role — we are specifically seeking professionals who thrive on opening doors, creating opportunities, and driving new business conversations.
How You Make a Difference: Responsibilities
Drive net new logo acquisition across the India staffing and solutions market, potential to work with US market
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients through strategic outbound efforts
Generate meetings with stakeholders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
Execute high-volume cold outreach activities daily through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities
Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to align client needs with TalentBridge capabilities
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates within CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed business development and revenue targets
Experience required:
Proven experience in business development within the India and US staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions industry
Strong track record in new business acquisition and outbound sales
Demonstrated success in high-volume prospecting (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-channel engagement)
Ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities
Experience engaging with hiring managers, procurement teams, and executive-level stakeholders
Prior experience working with or managing relationships with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) is a strong advantage
Self-driven and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

QualificationsWhat You’ll Need: Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent blend of education and work experience in the staffing industry or other related industry
Experience:
At least two to three years proven track record in outside sales, business development, and winning new business within the staffing industry required. Non-staffing related sales experience will be considered only if staffing industry experience is also shown.

Ability to identify opportunities, build strong pipelines, and consistently drive revenue growth
Skilled in high-volume, multi-channel outreach to generate and qualify leads
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Solid understanding of staffing industry trends, workforce solutions, and MSP models
Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, along with Microsoft Office tools
Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and adapt strategies effectively

Highly proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently
