Requirements

Extenteam is currently looking for a Business Development Executive to undertake the following tasks:

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Solicit potential customers
  • Maintain client activities in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Contact potential clients via phone and email
  • Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffing
  • Work with other sales executives to close deals
  • Attend multiple conferences throughout the year
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam’s staffing services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the company's goals and targets are met

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • At least 3 years experience in the Property Management industry or sales experience as a vendor
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, preferred but not required
  • Proven track record of hitting sales related KPIs and quotas
  • B2B sales experience is required
  • Goal oriented mind-set
  • Deep understanding of the vacation rental industry is preferred but not required
  • Experience using and implementing CRM tools
  • Analytical thinking ability to make evidence based decisions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)
