The role

Source target accounts, reach the right decision-maker, qualify, and land a discovery call. You attend the call; Boolanga leads it. On its conclusion, you hand the account over in full. No follow-up, no proposals, no negotiation, no delivery. You open doors - we close them.

What you'll do

• Identify accounts fitting the target profile: large distributed or uniformed frontline workforces at scale (retail, QSR, facilities, industrial, hospitality, logistics).
• Register each account for approval before contacting it.
• Run your own outbound: email, LinkedIn, phone, events - using the Boolanga-issued outreach address.
• Reach a named operations or procurement decision-maker (not HR, not marketing).
• Qualify against fit and scale, book the meeting, and attend the discovery call with Boolanga.

How you're paid

• €50 for every qualified discovery call held - paid monthly on delivery, against invoice. This is your base earning; it's not contingent on the deal closing.
• €80 per confirmed opportunity (prospect agrees a second call and shares data).
• 1% of gross margin on any deal that closes from your account.

No cap on any of it. The more qualified calls you land, the more you earn and every closed deal keeps paying.

You're a fit if

• You have 2+ years in B2B sales or business development and have personally booked senior-level meetings from outbound.
• You know how to reach and qualify operations or procurement buyers.
• You have working experience in at least one of: Middle East, East Asia, Africa.
• You work independently on your own list, your own method  and are comfortable as a contractor.

Not a fit if

• You've only ever worked inbound or led someone handed you.
• You need a fixed salary or employee status.
• You expect Boolanga to supply a target list (you source your own accounts).
