Business AI Platform Expert

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Business AI Platform Expert on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in the India.

About the Project :

We are looking for a Business AI Platform Expert to guide our clients in unlocking the full potential of their Business AI Cloud investment. You will bridge the gap between technical configuration and business outcomes, helping clients map their customer service, sales, and back-office workflows into AI agents on the platform. This role requires a strong blend of product knowledge and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on Business AI Cloud capabilities across its four layers: data, knowledge, models, and agents.
  

• Translate client business requirements into agent designs and platform configurations using the no-code Agent Builder and visual workflow tools.
  

• Configure and tune prebuilt Business AI Suite agents for each client’s workflows, including conversation flows, prompts, and escalation paths.
  

• Build and maintain knowledge bases: prepare content, configure retrieval, and test answer quality using the platform;s evidence and guardrail features.
  

• Lead product demonstrations, user training sessions, and adoption workshops for enterprise client teams.
  

• Audit existing client configurations and recommend improvements that raise containment, accuracy, and return on investment.
  

• Stay current with Client’'s product roadmap and with industry trends in agentic and conversational AI.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• 0 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, product consulting, business analysis, or customer experience technology.
  

• Fresh graduates should hold relevant AI or cloud certifications and show a strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, knowledge retrieval / RAG, AI agents).
  

• Hands-on experience configuring workflows, rules, or reporting dashboards in enterprise SaaS platforms; no-code or low-code tool experience is a plus.
  

• Understanding of contact-centre and customer-experience operations (agent assist, self-service, quality management) is an advantage.
  

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn business goals into agent and workflow designs.
  

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
