Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for an Account Manager to join our team at GoVo for Business. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £26,749 per annum.

About the Account Manager role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in account management within a growing SaaS business. You’ll manage a portfolio of GoVo for Business customers, building strong relationships, helping organisations get the most from the platform and supporting long-term customer retention. Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, increase platform adoption and support account growth. This is a varied role where you’ll combine relationship management, commercial awareness and data-driven insights to help customers achieve their goals while contributing to the continued growth of GoVo for Business.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Home based with occasional national travel


Knowledge 
  • Commercial awareness and enjoys identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Able to work independently within a remote team environment.
  • Understanding of B2B customer success principles, including onboarding, engagement, retention and account growth.
  • Knowledge of employee volunteering, ESG priorities and how organisations use volunteering to support social value objectives.
 
Skills 
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and client accounts effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confident in communicating with stakeholders in medium and large organisations.
  • Strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with data and reporting. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and takes ownership of work.
 
Experience
  • Experience in an Account Manager, Account Executive or client relationship role. 
  • Experience working with corporate customers. 
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS business. 
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM. 
  • Experience presenting updates or performance reports to customers. 


  • Manage a portfolio of GoVo for Business customer accounts, acting as their day-to-day relationship manager. 
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and become a trusted point of contact. 
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, training and regular account review meetings. 
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to increase adoption of the platform. 
  • Support customer renewals by working with the Sales team to ensure accounts are retained. 
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and introduce customers to additional platform features, products or services where appropriate. 
  • Analyse customer data and platform performance to provide recommendations and insights. 
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account activity and opportunities within HubSpot. 
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure customers receive an excellent experience. 
  • Share customer feedback and market insights to help shape future product development.

  • Salary of £26,749 per annum
  • 26 days’ holiday (pro rata) plus paid statutory Bank Holidays (pro rata)
